Glide App migrationFrom visual app to maintained code

Keep the value of your Glide app.
Build the next version in code.

Plan a data-first rebuild of your internal tool, portal or business app. Map tables, relations, actions and row access so the replacement does more than look familiar.

Starts with a $500 inspection of your actual tables: a written plan and quote

What is in your Glide App app

A table export is only the start.

Glide screens depend on data sources, computed columns, relations and actions. Start by understanding how those pieces produce the experience your team uses every day.

Glide: what a data export includes
Packs cleanly
  • Source tables and records

Inventory Glide Tables and connected sources. Export the records needed for the new application.

  • Screens and business actions

Document list, detail and form views, plus the actions and integrations users depend on.

  • Users and access requirements

Map roles, row ownership and visibility rules to define what each user should be able to read and change.

Handle with care
  • Relations and queries

Glide CSV exports omit Relation and Query columns. Recreate those connections from identifiers and source data.

  • Computed logic and actions

Exported computed values do not carry the underlying formulas. Implement calculations and action sequences in the replacement.

  • Authentication and permissions

Implement authorization on the server and test row access. Screen visibility alone does not define database security.

Two ways to move

Pack it yourself, or let us do the lot.

Both start with an inspection and end with code you own. The difference is who writes it.

You pack, we load

You code with Claude or Codex. We make it production grade.

From $1,500 a month

Build on your exported code with Claude Code or Codex. We review it, fix what breaks, move the data and users, and ship it. You keep the speed of AI; we take the risk out of launch.

  • Code review and fixes on an agreed scope
  • Tests for the journeys that make you money
  • Data and user migration, launch and rollback plan

Full-service move

We code it end to end.

From $2,500 a month

We plan the move, rebuild the app, move data and users, and launch. You review each milestone and own the repository from the first commit.

  • A scoped plan with weekly milestones you sign off
  • Frontend, backend, data, auth and integrations
  • Aftercare once you are live

How a move goes

From the walkthrough to the new keys.

Movers walk through the house before they quote. So do we. Then we do the heavy lifting, and the move takes weeks, not months.

  1. 1 Inspection. We list every page, data type, workflow and integration, flag what needs care, and send a plan and a quote. It costs $500.

  2. 2 Plan. We agree the stack, the hosting, the working model and the milestones. Nothing starts until the scope is signed.

  3. 3 Move. The app is rebuilt in code, by you with Claude and reviewed by us, or by our team. Data and users come across in rehearsed runs.

  4. 4 Launch. Redirects, DNS and a cutover window your users will not notice, with a rollback ready until it is stable.

  5. 5 Aftercare. Fixes, small features and handover notes, so your team or the next developer can carry on without us.

Talk to us
Is this an automatic Glide-to-code converter?

No. This is a guided application rebuild. Our CSV-to-JSON tool can prepare exported records, but it does not generate Glide screens, actions or permissions.

Does a Glide CSV export include every column?

Glide documents that empty columns can be omitted and Relation and Query columns cannot be exported. Some computed columns can export their values; their original logic still needs to be recreated.

Can I keep my connected data source?

That depends on the source, access requirements and replacement architecture. During scoping, decide whether to keep the existing source or move its records into a new database.
