Enter the full public XML sitemap URL, often /sitemap.xml, or upload an XML file. Download the URL list to prepare a migration or redirect spreadsheet.
Add destination URLs and migration status to your spreadsheet, then verify the replacement pages and redirects.
What this tool exports
Sitemap indexes export child sitemap URLs, not their pages. Fetch and convert each child separately. Compressed .gz files are not supported.

Yes. An index produces rows marked sitemap. Open each child sitemap URL and convert it separately to list the product, collection or page URLs.
Is this a full list of every page?
It lists URLs contained in the XML you provide. Pages missing from that sitemap will not appear, and the tool does not crawl your site.
