Your posts and pages need to leave WordPress too.
In WordPress, use Tools → Export to download a WXR XML file. Upload that XML here to turn its content records into a migration spreadsheet.
Map these fields to your new content schema. Move media separately and export any custom fields or comments you need through another migration path.
What this tool exports

Talk to usIs this a WordPress database backup?
No. WXR is a content export. This converter extracts selected content fields into CSV, not the database or a complete working website.
Will images be downloaded?
No. Attachment URLs and HTML image references stay remote. Download the media separately before removing the original site.
